At Faith Based District, all orders are processed quickly to maintain efficiency and meet fulfillment timelines. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellations

All orders are final once placed.

We do not allow cancellations, modifications, or changes after an order has been submitted. This includes:

  • Changing sizes

  • Updating items

  • Modifying shipping addresses

  • Canceling pre-orders

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

2. Pre-Orders

When purchasing a pre-order item, you are securing a product that is not yet in stock or is currently in production.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Full payment is collected at checkout

  • Production and delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Pre-order items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled

Once a pre-order is placed, it is considered final sale.

3. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If subscription-based products are offered:

  • You will be billed automatically based on the selected frequency

  • Payment details are stored securely for recurring charges

  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation email.

Cancellation of a subscription will apply to future billing cycles only and will not affect already processed orders.

4. Try Before You Buy (If Applicable)

For any “try before you buy” offers:

  • Your payment method may be authorized before shipment

  • You will be given a set timeframe to return the item

If the item is not returned within the specified timeframe:

  • Your payment method will be automatically charged in full

Returned items must meet all return conditions outlined in our policy.
