Faith Based District

At Faith Based District, we are committed to delivering your order as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Timeframes

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order products typically require 4–6 weeks for delivery. These timelines are estimates and may vary due to production or logistics.

Ready-to-Ship Items

In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days from the order date.

Each product page will clearly state whether an item is ready to ship or a pre-order.

2. Pre-Order Default Clause

If an order has not shipped within 5 business days of the order date, it will be automatically classified as a pre-order item.

By placing an order, you agree to this condition regardless of whether the product description was reviewed.

3. Mixed Orders (Pre-Order + Ready-to-Ship Items)

If your order contains both ready-to-ship items and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are available.

This means:

  • Ready-to-ship items will not ship separately

  • Your order will follow the pre-order timeline (4–6 weeks or applicable timeframe)

If you would like items to arrive separately, you must place separate orders at checkout.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Faith Based District is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

We are not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery issues after carrier confirmation

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate shipping option at checkout. We offer both standard and secure shipping options.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Faith Based District is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • The customer assumes full responsibility

  • A reshipping fee will be required to resend the package

6. Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Carrier refusal

The following applies:

  • A reshipping invoice must be paid before the order is sent again

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

You must contact us within 14 days of the package being returned.

If no contact is made:

  • The order will be considered abandoned and fulfilled

  • No refund, credit, or replacement will be issued

7. Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • High order volume

  • Manufacturing delays

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to wait through any delays related to these circumstances.

Delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

Agreement

By placing an order with Faith Based District, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy in full.
