Faith Based District

At Faith Based District, every product is created with intention, quality, and purpose. As a limited-release brand, we operate with strict policies to maintain product integrity and operational efficiency. By placing an order, you agree to all terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final sale.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or order modifications once an order has been placed.

Due to the nature of our products, including limited drops, made-to-order items, and exclusive releases, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

2. Order Accuracy Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring all order details are correct at checkout, including:

  • Shipping address

  • Product selection

  • Size selection

  • Contact information

Faith Based District is not responsible for errors submitted at checkout.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind our quality. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

To file a claim, email: Support@faithbaseddistrict.com with:

  • Order number

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photo/video evidence

Resolution Process:

  • Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days

  • If approved, we will offer:

    • A replacement (if inventory is available), or

    • Store credit equal to the purchase amount

We do not guarantee replacements due to limited inventory.

Failure to report issues within the stated timeframe will result in claim denial.

4. Strict Quality Disclaimer

Minor variations may occur due to:

  • Fabric dye processes

  • Garment washes

  • Lighting in product photography

  • Production tolerances (1–2 inch variance)

These are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacement or credit.

5. Returned Packages & Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Carrier refusal

The following applies:

  • A reshipping invoice will be required before the order is sent again

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

You must contact us within 7 days of the package being marked as returned.

If no contact is made:

  • The order will be considered abandoned and fulfilled

  • No refund, credit, or replacement will be issued

6. Exchanges & Store Credit

We may offer size exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

  • Request submitted within 72 hours of delivery

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags must remain attached

All exchanges are:

  • Subject to inventory availability

  • Processed only after item inspection

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Reshipping fees for the new item

7. Pre-Orders & Shipping Timeframes

Certain items may be released as pre-orders.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge:

  • Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing, logistics, or global conditions

Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.

8. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy in full.

Any chargebacks filed for reasons that violate this policy, including but not limited to:

  • Delivery delays

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Address errors

  • Claimed defects without proper submission

Will be actively disputed with:

  • Proof of delivery

  • Order confirmation

  • Policy acknowledgment

  • Communication records

Fraudulent disputes may result in:

  • Order blacklisting

  • Future purchase restrictions
